Most people don't. Modern ships have stabilizers, and I can book you a cabin mid-ship on a lower deck — the smoothest spot on board. If you're worried, tell me. I'll plan around it.
It depends on the line. Luxury lines often include drinks, tips, Wi-Fi, and even shore tours. Others charge for each. I'll show you the real cost of each option, side by side.
